Lutador Grappling returns on Satuday, Oct 10 at the Cobb Civic Center with the Lutador National Championship.
There are 3 possible divisions to compete in:
-Regular Gi division with weight classes.
-Regular No Gi with weight classes and
-Open Gi division with no weight classes for white, blue and purple or the Absolute for brown and black belts which is broken up into light and heavy weight classes.
The open and absolute divisions offer a payout as follows:
White Belt Co-Ed- $100
Blue Belt Co-Ed- $200
Purple Belt Co-Ed- $300
Female Only, all Belts- $100
The Brown and Black Belt Co-Ed Absolute is broken into light and heavy weight brackets with each bracket winning $1,000.
Where else can a White Belt win $100???
To compete in all 3 divisions for White, Blue and Purple belts it will be $65 if pre-registering. If pre-registering for only 2 division it will be $50. All 3 division at the door will be $85. If they want to compete in just the Gi and No GI it will be $65 at the door.
Brown and Black Belts can compete in the absolute division for *FREE* but, must contact Phillipe@LutadorGrappling.com before Sept 30th to be put in the bracket. There will only be aloud 2 competitors from each school in each division. They will be placed on opposite sides of the bracket. If the brown or black belt wants to compete in the regular Gi and No Gi division they will be charged $50 if pre-registering.
Additional features at the event will be an on site FREE massage therapist and Chiropractor for all of the athletes. There will also be delicious but, not free traditional Brazilian BBQ, Acai Bowls, fresh fruit and grilled corn.
On top of that there will be vendors of all sorts including Apparel, Supplements, Sunglass dealers and various others.
