Grand Master Flavio Behring will be conducting a seminar Saturday, January 23 at 10-12 am and 2-4 pm and Sunday, January 24 10-12 am and 2-4 pm at Knuckle Up Fitness Sandy Springs. There will be a break for lunch both days.
