Browning became famous while on the tv show The Ultimate Fighter as being the badboy and will bring that same badboy attitude to Wild Bill’s to entertain 3,000 plus on Friday, Feb 5.“We’ve delivered terrific fights and great value to Atlanta fight fans for four years now,” said co-promoter David Oblas. “Talking to my co-promoters Steve Mudder and Amy Lynn, we wanted to start off big in 2010. We brought in Junie as a special guest for a fight in early 2009 and it was amazing seeing the response when he was introduced to the crowd. Immediately after hearing he was let go by the UFC this year, we’ve been looking to get him on a show at Wild Bill’s. This could possibly be the biggest fight in 2010 and trust me, we’re only getting started!”

I’m not sure if I agree. Diego is not known outside of GA like Junie is. It may be for all the wrong reasons, but junie is known everywhere. It would be good to see.

Hey Craig Dawg – not sure what’s so bad about Junie Browning vs Aaron Hall. Junie is 3-1 and Aaron Hall, a local fighter, is 2-2. Seems like a fair fight to me.
Add in that this is just another fight for Junie where this is a fight for Aaron where if he wins it he puts himself on the map and shocks the worldwide MMA community. With 2 months to train for this fight…I’m sure we’ll see a very good Aaron Hall from RUSH MMA for this fight vs Junie.
Keep in mind that Aaron is coming off a 1:12 win on the last Bullet Fight Gear card in May and you’ve got a determined Aaron Hall coming to fight Junie Browning.
This should be an excellent fight IMHO. I’m thinking Aaron Hall is going to shock the world, or at least Junie anyway.

I agree with Josh. Diego would destroy Junie, at this stage in their careers. I still like the Aaron Hall match-up, he’s a really tough athletic young guy that I think will give Junie a hell of a fight. If Junie is coming to Atlanta for an easy W, he may leave with an L. That being said, I see this as a good move by Dave. Junie has a following based on his TUF antics, but he’s also a talented kid.
