A pair of contests featuring a few fighters with big-show experience has been added to the next addition of Tachi Palace Fights.
Tachi Palace Fights officials today announced that Micah Miller faces Diego Saraiva at Tachi Palace Fights 6, and MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) has since learned that Joseph Henle will also meet Mike Martinez on the same card.
Featuring a middleweight contest between former WEC light heavyweight champ Doug Marshall and “The Ultimate Fighter 11″ castmember Kyacey Uscola, as well as a co-feature between former WEC lightweight champion Rob McCullough and “The Ultimate Fighter 5″ castmember Corey Hill, Tachi Palace Fights 6 takes place Sept. 9 at the Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino in Lemoore, Calif.
A three-time WEC veteran, Miller (14-4) competes for Tachi Palace Fights for the first time. The 23-year-old American Top Team fighter and younger brother of UFC vet Cole Miller, “Maverick” is 4-1 in his past five contests. The lone loss was a decision to a recently surging Michihiro Omigawa.
Meanwhile, Saraiva, a three-time UFC veteran, returns to Tachi Palace Fights for a second time.
“The Octopus” earned a TKO win over Eddie Yagin at Tachi Palace Fights 2 this past December. Saraiva is 7-2 in his past nine outings, and the losses came to Bellator champ Joe Soto and WEC title holder Benson Henderson.
